My wife and I have just purchased a new X1 and our son a 1 series, which continues our close relationship with Knights BMW. The whole process was outstanding and credit must be given to Ricky Vanhorn (X1) and Lauren Keeling (1 series) . They were extremely efficient, polite and kept us up to speed with the progress of the purchases. Also, over seeing the sales at Knights was James Platt, who we have dealt with over many years and as ever we received a very professional service.
